History
Johnson Construction NW LLC was founded in 2018 by Donald Johnson, a veteran of more than 40 years in the building trades.
With hard work and an unwavering commitment to continuous improvement, Don has taken his company from smaller residential and commercial work to delivering complex projects for both public and private owners in Oregon and Washington.
With steadily growing capabilities, the company is positioned to deliver challenging projects in markets ranging from education and healthcare to office development, residential housing, and more.

Donald Johnson, Owner
Starting with the Local 701 Operating Engineers, Don worked on challenging projects including the Glen Jackson bridge. Later he obtained his journeyman certificate from the Carpenter’s Union 2154 as an Interior/Exterior specialist and went on to make important contributions to high-profile projects such as the Portland Convention Center, Rose Garden/Moda Center, Nike World Campus, Intel and Northeast Portland Police. Precinct. As a Lead Foreman for Team Construction, he has successfully completed numerous commercial projects in the Portland/Vancouver area.
